4. Cancellations & Refunds

   Orders may only be canceled before preparation begins. Refunds, if approved, will follow the restaurant’s refund policy and applicable regulations. Delivery charges may not be refundable once the order is dispatched.

5. Delivery & Pickup

   Delivery timelines are estimates. Kuzueats and its partners are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or restaurant operations. Customers must be available to receive their order at the specified address or pickup location.

6. User Accounts & Responsibilities

   You must provide accurate and updated information while creating your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any misuse or unauthorized activity under your account will be your responsibility.

7. Promotions & Discounts

   Promotional offers, coupons, or discounts may be available periodically. These are time-limited and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice. Misuse of coupons may result in suspension of your account.

8. User-Generated Content

   You may post reviews, feedback, or ratings about restaurants. Such content must be truthful, non-defamatory, and compliant with applicable laws. Kuzueats reserves the right to moderate or remove inappropriate content.

   Each restaurant listed on Kuzueats operates independently and is responsible for the quality, hygiene, and accuracy of the food and menu details. Kuzueats does not guarantee any specific food quality or availability.

    All text, images, logos, and software on Kuzueats are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.
